See how your business actually runs
Map one real process from your own business, step by step, through the same seven lenses I use in a paid diagnosis. Friction hides in the handovers, the chase-ups and the “I’ll just do it myself” — we’ll go and find it.

Put your numbers against it
The time, delays, errors and chase-ups that process actually costs you, quantified and severity-ranked high, medium, low.

Commit to your Monday Fix
One change to your highest-severity friction, built wherever possible around what you already own — plus the baseline number to prove the gain a week later.
